Long Ashton school crisis

Lots of children, no school places. We need the council to listen to us now!

Meet the admissions team in the village this Wednesday 23rd July

We’ve asked North Somerset Council Admissions Office to come along to Northleaze toddler group on 23rd July to explain the general admissions procedure, and discuss issues regarding which schools to choose depending on where you live. Two representatives will be at the group between 10am and 11am on the morning of Wednesday 23rd July. Come along if you fancy hearing what they have to say!

Regarding the meeting at Church House, I didn't go, but can anyone post what was said roughly. Laurence said that the council suggested that people put Hannah Moore Primary down as a preference (in Nailsea) if they didn't want Pill. Is that correct? Oh Dear Oh Dear.

Hi Tabs, I won't be able to make this as am working but am really interested in what they suggest. Can you please post an overview of their advice / comments? Thanks.
