LASCG Meeting, can you come?
Are you interested in getting more involved with the LASCG? If so please read on.
Following Guy's newsletter #1 we want to arrange a meeting next week to run through how we intend to maintain momentum with the campaign. A few of us have been involved with a series of activities over the last month or so, and we have reached a stage when we would like to get further input, ideas and involvement from other members of LASCG.
In particular, at the meeting we intend to:
1) Discuss and agree a strategy on how best to increase LASCG supporters and general awareness of the campaign;
2) Start organising ourselves for the peaceful protest in WSM on 5th December.
If you think that you would be interested in getting more involved please email annie_hodgetts@yahoo.co.uk with your availability for evenings next week (Mon 24th, Tues 25th, Wed 26th, Thurs 27th). Sorry for the short notice but we really want to drum up as much support before Christmas as we can, and we only have 2 weeks before the Princess Royal visit.
I propose we meet at 7:30pm - venue to be confirmed based on numbers interested.
Please can you reply to annie_hodgetts@yahoo.co.uk with a YES + your availability if you are able to attend.
Please also ask anyone else you think would be interested in getting stuck in!
